Community Psychiatric Supportive Treatment
Individualized
Our Partial Hospitalization Program provides the highest level of structured outpatient care. PHP is designed for individuals who need intensive, daily therapeutic support but do not require 24-hour inpatient supervision. This program bridges the gap between inpatient treatment and standard outpatient care.
Ideal for:
Individuals stepping down from inpatient care, those experiencing acute symptoms that require daily monitoring, or clients who need intensive structure to stabilize before transitioning to a lower level of care.
What's Included
- 3-hour structured daily sessions, Monday through Friday
- Individual and group therapy combined
- Psychiatric evaluation and medication management
- Evidence-based therapies (CBT, DBT, trauma-informed)
- Crisis intervention and safety planning
- Coordination with psychiatry and case management
- Family involvement and psychoeducation
- Transition planning to IOP or outpatient
Our Intensive Outpatient Program offers structured therapeutic programming that allows clients to maintain their daily responsibilities — work, school, family — while receiving robust clinical support. IOP is a step down from PHP but provides significantly more treatment than standard outpatient therapy.
Ideal for:
Individuals transitioning from PHP or inpatient care, those who need more support than weekly therapy but can function in daily life, or clients dealing with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
What's Included
- 2-hour 15-minute structured sessions, Monday through Friday
- Small group therapy with licensed clinicians
- Individual counseling integrated into the program
- Relapse prevention and coping skills development
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
- Substance use disorder education and recovery support
- Medication management coordination
- Flexible morning or afternoon scheduling within office hours
Our Day Treatment Program provides a structured therapeutic environment for individuals who benefit from consistent daily engagement. This program combines clinical group therapy with skill-building activities, psychoeducation, and therapeutic interventions designed to improve functioning and promote stability.
Ideal for:
Individuals who need daily therapeutic structure, those transitioning between levels of care, clients working on building life skills and coping strategies, or those who benefit from routine and consistent peer support.
What's Included
- 2.5-hour structured sessions, Monday through Friday
- Therapeutic groups focused on recovery and wellness
- Life skills training and psychoeducation
- Mindfulness and stress management techniques
- Peer support and accountability groups

Our Outpatient Group Therapy offers ongoing therapeutic support for individuals who have stabilized and are maintaining their recovery. Groups meet regularly and focus on specific topics including addiction recovery, mental health management, trauma processing, and life skills development.
Ideal for:
Individuals in sustained recovery who benefit from ongoing peer support, those who have completed PHP, IOP, or Day Treatment and need continued care, or anyone seeking group-based therapy as part of their treatment plan.
What's Included

- Licensed clinician-led sessions
- Peer support and shared learning

CPST services are delivered in the community, at our clinics, or via telehealth, and focus on connecting clients with resources and building the skills needed for independent functioning.

Individuals with serious mental illness or co-occurring disorders who need help navigating community resources, those who benefit from individualized skill-building and advocacy, or clients who need support with housing, employment, benefits, and social services.
