Chelsea earned her Bachelor of Social Work degree from Brescia University and her Master of Science in Social Work degree from the University of Louisville. With over a decade of experience, Chelsea has provided both inpatient and outpatient treatment to adults and families navigating challenges related to mental health and addiction and is passionate about the transformative power of treatment. Chelsea believes that effective treatment not only improves the lives of individuals but also positively impacts those closest to them, enhancing overall quality of life. Chelsea is dedicated to making a lasting impact in mental health and addiction recovery. She believes that growth and strength are achievable for everyone, and she works to ensure that individuals have the support and resources needed to reach their fullest potential. Director of Training and Compliance

Tiffany is a Licensed Social Worker who earned her bachelor's and master's degrees in social work from Brescia University. She is passionate about building strong clinical systems that support both clients and clinicians. Her work focuses on training, compliance, and direct care, ensuring programs meet regulatory standards while remaining person-centered and trauma-informed. Tiffany brings experience in crisis intervention and community mental health, along with a collaborative leadership style that emphasizes accountability, growth, and quality care.

Brendan is an LISW-S with over 25 years of experience in mental health and substance use treatment. He has worked with diverse populations, including Veterans, older adults, LGBTQ+ individuals, and young adults. Brendan utilizes a trauma-informed, person-centered approach and is trained in evidence-based practices such as Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. He is passionate about supporting individuals in their healing and growth and provides leadership and oversight to the clinical team.

Nicki is a dedicated Registered Nurse with over 15 years of experience in behavioral health and substance use treatment. She has held leadership roles, including Director of Nursing and Nurse Manager, where she focused on supporting teams, improving workflows, and ensuring compassionate, patient-centered care. She is passionate about helping both patients and staff succeed in fast-paced, evolving healthcare environments.
