Executive Director
Chelsea Earnheart is the Chief Executive Officer of Autumn Behavioral Health Center, where she leads the organization's mission to provide comprehensive, compassionate behavioral health and addiction treatment services across Ohio. As a Licensed Independent Social Worker with Supervisory designation (LISW-S), Chelsea brings extensive clinical expertise to her executive leadership role, ensuring that every strategic decision is grounded in a deep understanding of patient care and clinical best practices. Under Chelsea's leadership, Autumn Behavioral Health has expanded its reach to seven locations throughout Ohio, broadened its service offerings to include psychiatry, medication management, and child and adolescent services, and strengthened its commitment to evidence-based treatment approaches.
